Its abundance of chlorophyll gives it a deep, emerald-green color. It's rich in vitamin A as well as a good source of vitamins B1, B2, and iron. Spirulina is made up of 75% protein including all nine essential amino acids. Chlorella is an incredible, multi-faceted superfood that is made up of 66% protein and boasts an array of nutrients including vitamin A and iron.
