User Defined And Preset Temperature TP829C have pre-programmed 10 kind of meat temperature for reference, which is recommended by USDA. Press the MEAT button to select preset meat type. ​ ​Press Meat buton to select PROG, you can set the temperature you want. ​ ​Once the current temperature reaches the preset target temperature, the receiver will sound an alarm.
