About the shipping process After a customer places an order, our company's customer service staff prints out the product list (for seamless delivery to the customer) and hands it over to the warehouse manager. The shipping staff then takes the items to the courier company where they are checked together with the courier. After the courier signs off on the list, the items are packed and handed over to the courier company for scanning and shipping.
